Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Safari Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new bag isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Pack Your Bag

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
